TELLURIDE – How do we use our personal journeys to recover our own souls? Archetypal Dreamwork Master Therapists and teachers Marc Bregman and Christa Lancaster are presenting a one-day workshop, Living the Red Book: An Introduction to Archetypal Dreamwork, this Saturday, May 15 at the Ah Haa School for the Arts.

Archetypal Dreamwork offers an individualized map for every person to follow their own path, the way Carl Jung followed his in a recently published-for-the-first-time work, The Red Book. Founded by Bregman over 40 years ago, Archetypal Dreamwork is a psycho-spiritual one-on-one process committed to this experiential path of the dream – a lived, visceral, feeling journey to the soul. This work is featured in Rodger Kamenetz’s book The History of Last Night’s Dream and was featured on Oprah’s Soul Series.

The one-day workshop offers participants an experience of this individual work through String Therapy, a unique way of working with dreams in a group setting.

Bregman and Lancaster are co-founders of North of Eden, an organization dedicated to Archetypal Dreamwork, which includes the North of Eden Retreat Center and The Center for Archetypal Dreamwork.

There are still a few spaces available in the workshop, which costs $200. For more information, and to register for the workshop, contact Ellen Metrick at 970/729-1681.
