Outside's Powder Play Tour brings the latest ski equipment, best new musical artist, and more directly to people enjoying some of the magazine's favorite slopes. The Powder Play Tour will set out in one of only three recently released BaseCamp Airstream trailers, designed for adventure travel, to tour the hottest mountain towns in four western states throughout January and early February 2006.

The 2nd annual Powder Play Tour will host on-snow events in Telluride this weekend, showcasing the latest winter equipment, prize giveaways, and performances by popular folk star The White Buffalo.

The event, this Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 14 and 15, takes place at the base of the mountain, 10 a.m.-3 p.m, with The White Buffalo performing from noon to 4 p.m. at Goronno Ranch

During daytime on-snow events, the Powder Play Tour will display cutting-edge skis, snowboards, sleds, snowshoes, gloves, goggles, and more. Free samples will be available, along with a chance to win great winter equipment and epic trips.
