The first phase of See Forever Village, a high-end condo-hotel project developed by John Abrams in the Mountain Village, is sold out and construction is nearing completion. Among the buyers of the 15 units in Phase One are Ron Allred and Chuck Horning, former and current owners, respectively, of the Telluride Ski and Golf Company. Distinctive Retreats by Abercrombie and Kent, a premier destination club, has also contracted to purchase multiple units.

The second and final phase of the project will comprise another 15 units that share the same spectacular views and custom finishes of Phase One.

In announcing the imminent completion of his project's first phase, and the commencement of presales for Phase Two, Abrams said in a press release, "Complete sellout of our first phase prior to completion of construction is the most important endorsement that a new project can receive." Abrams also pointed out the public benefits afforded by dedication of sensitive ridgeline lots, originally zoned for development, for use as a park.

In addition to its views and finish details, See Forever Village offers on-site property management and hotel services and amenities through The Peaks Hotel, including full membership to the Golden Door Spa.

The architect for Abrams's project is O'Bryan Partnership out of Frisco, Colorado among whose other high-profile projects are the Grand Aspen in Aspen, the Sonnenalp in Vail and the Snake River Canyon Ranch in Jackson Hole.

Studio Frank, owned by local Telluride designer Catherine Frank, serves as See Forever Village's interior design firm.

To help promote early sales of its Phase Two units, See Forever Village is currently offering Platinum lifetime ski, golf and spa memberships to buyers who contract to purchase a condo. While the offer is for a limited time only, memberships can be activated while the second phase of the project is under construction, allowing buyers to take immediate advantage of membership privileges.
