What were the four council members thinking when they ousted two of the most intelligent, dedicated and impressive Open Space Commission members in lieu of "fresh qualifications"? Is the Peter Principle at play here?? Is the council becoming a club??? Does the Open Space Commission need to be watched now???? I would sure like to know the answers.
