TELLURIDE, Dec. 14, 11:30 a.m.  – Peaks Real Estate Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the opening of two new offices, one in Telluride at 324 W. Colorado Ave., and one in Mountain Village at 565 Mountain Village Blvd., suite 101.

Four new brokers, David Wadley, Mark King, Kevin Holbrook, and Dan Dockray, will be based in the Telluride office.

Wadley has been practicing real estate in the Telluride region for 10 years. He serves as chairman of the Town of Telluride Planning and Zoning Commission and is a captain for Telluride’s Volunteer Fire Department.  

King also brings 10 years of real estate practice in the region. He has been a member of the National, Colorado and Telluride Association of Realtors for 10 years. As a devoted skier, King serves on the Search and Rescue team.

Holbrook joined the Telluride Association of Realtors eight years ago and has also contributed his time to the Telluride Foundation, TAR Board of Directors (past president), Telluride Historical Museum, and the Telluride Mountain Village Homeowners Association.

Dockray has been practicing real estate in Telluride for six years. His passion for the community and love for the outdoors shows through in his commitment to the Search and Rescue team.

At the new Mountain Village office will be Nels Cary, owner/broker; Peggy Raible, senior vice president/broker; and Stewart Seeligson, broker.

“What started out as a one office operation with three brokers has now grown to seven offices and over 45 brokers and staff members,” says Cary. “It is a pleasure to welcome our new members and think they will be a great addition to our company. Nels Cary Inc, now known as Peaks Real Estate Sotheby’s International Realty, was formed in 1989. In 2004, Peaks Real Estate took on the Sotheby’s International Realty name and is currently celebrating its three-year anniversary as a franchise.

Peaks Real Estate Sotheby’s International Realty also welcomes Steve Schneider, Mary Campbell and Heather Cabell to the team. Schneider and Campbell collectively have over 30 years experience in Colorado’s ski country. Both are located at the Peaks Real Estate office at 119 W. Colorado Ave. location.  

Cabell joins Peaks Real Estate from the Peaks Resort and Golden Door Spa. Named marketing and brand manager, she has extensive knowledge of sales trends in the Telluride area.
