The Telluride Elks Lodge would like to extend a big “Thank You” to the individuals who helped make our “Taste of Telluride Spaghetti Cook-Off” a night to remember. Professional chefs Jody Borzilleri, Bob Scherner of La Piazza, Floradora’s Roscoe Kane, Maggie Eagleton of Maggie’s Bakery, and David Hafer of Mountain Top Catering donated dishes, as well as amateur chefs Brian Ahern, Bill Langford, Marla Meredith, and Dale Bellai.
Top honors went to Jody Borzilleri in the Professional Spaghetti Sauce division, Bill Langford in the Amateur Spaghetti Sauce division, and Dale Bellai in the Dessert Division.
We would be quite remiss if we did not also thank our volunteers for the evening: Sandy Bassett, Linda Levin, Bill & Barbara Langford, Ryan Niebruegge, and Dale Kondracki. Great job!
