RIDGWAY, Aug. 7 7:11 a.m. – Ridgway is known for railroads, ranching, recreation, and the 23rd Annual Arts and Crafts Rendezvous.

On Saturday, Aug. 11 and Sunday, Aug. 12, 150 vendors will gather in the town’s historic Hartwell Park, along Colorado Hwy. 62 between North Lena and North Railroad streets, representing all types of fine arts and crafts. Food concessions will be selling everything from barbecue to burritos. Entertainment on the main stage runs continuously both days of the show ranging from folk to bluegrass to rock and roll – even bagpipes. Demonstrations of all types are scheduled by the vendors and there are fun things for the kids to enjoy.

Show hours are: Saturday 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; admission is free.

Make plans to bring the family for a fun weekend in beautiful Ridgway, the gateway to the San Juan Mountains and the San Juan Skyway.
