OURAY – Cavallo’s Restaurant in Ouray has changed its hours and will now be offering dinner service.
Previously, the Cajun-Creole restaurant located at 630 Main Street in Ouray served breakfast and lunch seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., as well as a set menu dinner by reservation only on Tuesday evenings.
Starting this week, Cavallo’s will be open Thursdays through Mondays for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, and will be closed Tuesday-Wednesday.
Thursday, Feb. 6, marks the first night that Cavallo’s will offer full dinner service. “Our dinner menu is being printed as we speak, and we look forward to sharing it with you,” said chef Sid Cavallo. “In order to survive in a community and climate such as ours, we all need to be flexible, willing to make appropriate changes and evolve into something more than we started out as.”
Cavallo’s opened last September.
