SAN MIGUEL COUNTY - At 4:30 p.m.,San Miguel County Emergency Management Coordinator Jennifer Dinsmore said the ice flow on the San Miguel River between Fall Creek Road and Placerville has passed and residents can return home.

"We will have a deputy follow it to make sure its OK," Dinsmore said. "It doesn't look like there will be any road closures. It's an all clear."

At 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Dinsmore said the ice flow has moved past Fall Creek Road along the Highway 145 corridor in the San Miguel River and is headed toward Placerville. Residents living along the river were being urged to evacuated to higher ground.
