OURAY - The Ouray Brewery has hired Eric Shouse as its new executive chef. Shouse, who brings 17 years of restaurant experience to his new position, was responsible for opening the restaurant at Oskar Blues brewery in Longmont, prior to his relocation to Ouray.
He has worked for several large dining establishments in Estes Park, as well.
Shouse is now developing a new summer menu for the Ouray Brewery, for introduction before Memorial Day weekend.
“We are excited for him to join our team,” said Ouray Brewery owner Erin Eddy.
