He is the House Sponsor of the following bills: Senate Bill 11-028: Adding a judge to the 7th Judicial District; House Bill 11-1006: Regarding the composition of a Regional Tourism Authority Governing Board; and House Bill 11-1123: Calling for the prohibiting of transfers to the State General Fund from cash funds that have revenue related to the severance of minerals in the state.
