The alleged suspect is currently in Montrose County Jail on $52,500 bond for the offenses he allegedly committed in the City of Montrose. The charges from Ridgway are expected to announced, pending the outcome of evidence being processed by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
The suspect is a 40-year-old male from the City of Montrose, and is known by many of the law enforcement agencies in the area, according Marshal David Scott.
