We’d like to acknowledge the Telluride Association of Realtors (TAR) for assisting us in purchasing our first home in Telluride, Colo. We will be closing on a Mendota Condominium in mid-December.
The assistance from TAR is greatly appreciated and one of the wonderful benefits of living in this town. We’d like to thank TAR for creating the First Time Homebuyers Assistance Fund made possible by donations from participating realtors, local title companies and lenders.
We are excited to be moving into our new condo and starting a new chapter as homeowners in Telluride. The First Time Homebuyers Assistance Fund is a great program and we hope it can continue to help other first-time homebuyers in the area.
