HEADING TO STATE – Coming off a gutsy Regionals performance, THS’S varsity cross country team heads to State this weekend. The boys will be making a go at a State title, as the reigning Western Region 2A champions line up with the rest of Colorado’s top-ranked runners at the State Cross Country Meet in Colorado Springs on Saturday. On the girls’ side, Rachel Hampton (front row, second from left) won the regional race as an individual by a solid 23 seconds, putting her in good position to podium at this weekend’s event.
