It took over two years for HARC to approve the project and after 10 hours of discussion on Wednesday it became apparent that the Town Council wouldn’t be making any quick decisions either.
A memorial service for Sharon Shuteran, who died unexpectedly last month, takes place Saturday, June 2, at 2 p.m., at the Palm Theatre
Shuteran’s death on May 5, in Mexico, sent shock waves through the Telluride community, where she served as San Miguel County Court judge since 1984.
