PAG ROUTE MAP – After years of hard work, research and collaboration, the Public Access Group of Ouray County unveiled to the public its pièce de résistance, the Ouray County Public Access Group (PAG) Route Map, last Wednesday, May 23 at the Ouray County 4-H Event Center in Ridgway. The purpose of the map is to indicate the existence and document the history of historic public routes in Ouray County with the intention of heading off potential conflicts with private property owners. It is annotated with a Ouray County historic route index which shows some of the historic documents supporting public routes in Ouray County.
