CASA of the 7th Judicial District (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for abused and neglected children held its second annual dodgeball tournament this weekend.

Thanks to support from the Daily Press and the Office of Business & Tourism through the City of Montrose, the appearance of Mrs. International 2013 Amy Gregorio, a luncheon generously sponsored by The Bridges, and supporting events by Black Dog Equipment, the San Juan Mountain Runners, A & Y Design Gallery, Holiday Inn, and Horsefly Brewing Company, as well as participation by 26 competitive teams, it was a rousing success for a truly great cause.

CASA changes lives, one child at a time. Who would have believed dodgeball could have such a positive impact?! Thank you to all who helped make it a success.
