This workshop is designed primarily for mediators and lawyers to assist them in their dealings with clients. However, almost any professional working with the public would benefit from this training. Participants will learn how to recognize challenging personality traits, manage emotions skillfully, and develop effective communication that will help clients to contact their emotions and irrational thinking.

Drawing on the expertise of the mental health profession, social workers Carol Storey and Carla Stoddard will share their insights and offer suggestions for working with difficult people. Lunch is included in the workshop cost.
