Spice up your gatherings with an infusion of exotic flavors from India! Learn to whip up unusual appetizers, savory snacks, and spicy soups with seasonal ingredients and aromatic spices. The menu includes: Pakoras and Tamarind Chutney; Keema Lettuce Wraps; Kofta Kebab and Minted Yogurt; Masala Chicken Skewers and Fresh Fruit Chutney; and Madras Butternut Soup. Participants will also learn Anjali’s recommendations for beer and wine pairings, and tips on the best places to purchase Indian spices.
*This class will be held in a beautiful, contemporary kitchen in a private home in Idarado (at the east end of Telluride).
